Popular romantic bolt hole property, due to its central and scenic location. The dormer window in the lounge is the perfect place to see the sun go down, admire the stunning views, enjoy the sailing activities, or simply watch the world go by.

The lounge which is carpeted throughout has a comfortable sofa, two easy recliner chairs and foot stools, dining table and 4 chairs, LCD TV and DVD player/recorder. Our guests can enjoy peace and tranquillity from here, and with its superb views, its perfect to watch all activities which include sail boarding, rowing, Aberdyfi R.N.L.I. events and launches, firework displays and much more.

The compact galley style fitted kitchen which leads directly from the lounge has a built in electric cooker, a fridge with ice box, toaster, microwave oven, utensils, crockery, glassware and cookware.
The bedroom at the front of the property is complete with sea and estuary views from the dormer window and accessed from the lounge. It has a comfortable new super king size bed, (this can convert to twin beds upon request 48 hours notice please), large wardrobe with hanging and storage space. There is space for a travel cot in this room. Extra guests (maximum of 2) may use the sofa bed in the lounge by prior arrangement only, additional charges will apply.

The bathroom, also accessed directly from the lounge has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C mirror and shaver socket and heated towel rail.

Heating throughout is included in the rental by way of electric storage heaters and electric panel heaters. Bed linen is also included. Towels are available to hire if required. Wi- Fi included as standard. One car parking permit is provided for use on the beach car park directly opposite.
