Latchygors Cottage sleeps 2 and overlooks the private trout lake of a secluded smallholding. The 4 star accommodation provides an ideal spot for quiet relaxation, walking, fishing or exploring. The lake is stocked only with Brown Trout. There is no charge for the fishing for cottage residents. Visitors can either catch & release (if competent fishermen) or, there is a 2 fish limit for the week if the fish are to be taken.
The village pub is just 1 mile away. It is in the 2023 Good Beer Guide and it also serves meals and does take away. (Availability according to season.)
We grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables here and surplus is offered to visitors free of charge.
