A fully fitted kitchen with an oil Rayburn, double electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility room has a sink unit, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.
Main lounge has a fabulous large inglenook fireplace with log burning stove, colour TV with free view and a DVD player, double doors leading out onto the patio.
Second lounge opens up onto the dining room and conservatory.
Conservatory has comfortable seating with a stereo system, double doors leading onto the patio.
Dining room has a table large enough to seat ten people comfortably, it is adjoining the second lounge by double doors that can be opened up to make one large room.
Cloakroom has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
