First floor, master bedroom with en-suite, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

It is superbly located in the popular village of Bishopston on the Gower Peninsula with 2 traditional pubs, a convenience store and numerous beaches and woodland walks being just a short distance from the house.

This really is a home for all seasons, providing a large enclosed rear garden with decking and hot tub for the summer months and for when the nights draw in you can cosy up in the lounge in front of the log burner and play the baby Grand Piano.

Highfield House truly offers a luxurious, well located getaway for families or groups of friends, whilst being located in the heart of South Gower.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed, wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bedroom 3: Double bed with feature fireplace.

Bathroom: Corner jacuzzi bath (with step up), hand-held shower, WC and double wash hand basin.

External: Parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars. To the rear of the house is a spacious lawned garden, decked area featuring outdoor furniture and hot tub.

Sleeps 7: 1 King, 1 Triple (Double & Single), 1 Double

C/O Day - Sat. Gas CH. Wood burner with starter pack supplied October to April. Bed linen & towels provided. Hot tub (£150 for all bookings) and must be added at time of booking. Wi-Fi. Off road parking for several cars. Pets accepted. No smoking
