Hengaeau Farm Cottage

It makes an ideal base for walking and bird watching as there is an excellent network of public footpaths and bridle ways all around.

A single-floor building, the cottage has two good sized bedrooms and is ideal for up to a family of up to five. And being of modern design, the cottage is warm and comfortable with oil central heating via radiators, and constant hot water. Recently decorated it is fully and tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard. We ask that guests do not smoke inside the cottage.

Ground Floor: Consists of a large sitting room with separate dining area. Table and chairs to seat six. Open fireplace. Colour TV and video player. Welsh dresser. Fully fitted / well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster and fridge, deep freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom comprises bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Main bedroom consists of a double bed and ample room for a single bed. Second main bedroom consists of two single beds. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with all linen and bedding.

Outside: Hengaeau Farm Cottage has a small south facing garden and large patio area accessible from the sitting room through patio doors. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available to use. There is ample parking space for three vehicles.
