About Gwylanedd One & Gwylanedd Two

Gwylanedd One and Two are duplex reverse living apartments situated on the Promenade in Llanfairfechan, North Wales. Both have far reaching sea views over Conwy Bay towards Puffin Island and The Great Orme of Llandudno from lounge and master bedrooms. Gwylanedd One has a balcony with the same views.

Access for those with mobility issues is limited as there are 9 external and 15 internal steps within each property due to building design limitations.Off street private parking (one space per apartment) is available.
Converted in 2008 both apartments with modern,light decor and have well equipped dining kitchens with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Master bedrooms have King sized beds, Gwylanedd One which sleeps 4 has a second twin bedroom.
LLanfairfechan is a hidden gem on the North Wales coast, having a large sandy beach, beautiful Promenade with two kiddies play areas and paddling pool (in season), there are two nature reserves, (Morfa Madryn & Glan y Mor Elias) and easy walking direct into the Carneddau of Snowdonia National Park. Situated directly on the North Wales Coastal Path and National Cycleway 5, the apartments are well located for enjoyment of all Llanfairfechan has to offer.

Llanfairfechan is well served by public transport with a railway station and the coastliner number 5 bus service. The well known seaside resort of Llandudno, (15 miles) UNESCO heritage walled town of Conwy with its Castle, (8 miles) University city of Bangor (8 miles) are within easy drive or public transport. As are tourist destinations such as Bodnant Gardens, Penrhyn Castle (National Trust) Surf Snowdonia, Zipp World. Caernarfon and Anglesey are also easily reached.
