The property is situated in Trevor near Llangollen. A World Heritage area and is a very short walk from the famous Thomas Telford Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. The scenery is literally breath taking and a perfect hub for any outdoor activities.

The beautiful vale of Llangollen is 3 miles away with its dramatic mountain backdrop and boulder-strewn River Dee and is home to the internationally famous Music Eisteddfod.

Explore the green valley by steam train or canal boat, or take an exhilarating walk up to Castell Dinas Brân above the town, in order to enjoy the day view.

Llangollen offers a good range of pubs and restaurants, as well as many interesting shops.

Offa’s Dyke Path passes nearby and boasts pleasant walking along the crest of the Clwyd hills. Snowdonia is less than an hour’s drive. The area is a fantastic hub for walking holidays.
There's many mountain biking trails and road cycling routes straight from the property and a superb golf course very nearby.

The beautiful river Dee is minutes away and offers excellent fishing.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level and has been recently refurbished to a very high standard.

There is a large lounge and kitchen diner with ample seating.

2 king size beds and one double bed.

Large hall area which is ideal for children to play.

Very large garden with Wendy house. Ample parking for numerous cars.

The garden isn't fully enclosed although there is a large secure gated patio area with seating.
