The Space

Accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 beautiful bedrooms; master suite with a superking multi media bed, 3 king size beds including one multi media bed. 2 twin bedrooms and a downstairs bedroom; 3 en-suite and a large family bathroom & a downstairs toilet and shower room.

Large living room with leather reclining sofas, patio doors leading out to the garden with a cosy log burner and a 65 inch Oled Tv.

2nd living with a comfy leather sofa is perfect for that "quiet space" or great for the children to watch their favourite movies.

Smart Tvs in every room with Amazon Prime and Nexflix and Wifi and large selection of dvds.

The kitchen diner is well equipped and perfect for entertaining or planning your next day’s adventure or a fun board game.

A Luxury 7 seater Hot tub (coming late Spring) and full size air hockey table. Heated gazebo and BBQ great for outdoor dining, plus plenty of seating on the patio, over looking the large secure garden; ideal for children and dogs or great for a game of badminton!

The Area

Situated off a quiet country lane; on the edge of the beautiful market town of Dolgellau; famous for its stunning architecture, fabulous dog friendly pubs & restaurants is just over a mile away.

Mountainview is the perfect base to explore Snowdonia; with some of the prettiest walks only a few minutes drive away including the New Precipice Walk with its stunning views of the Mawddach Estuary and the Torrent walk. Bike hire is available in Dolgellau town and is a great way for exploring. Bikes can also be hired at Coed y Brenin which has some of the best mountain bike trails.

The old Quaker Trail is just a short distance from the house or the Mawddach Trail in Dolgellau both easy walks

Barrmouth Beach is just 8 miles away great for a family day out. Harlech Castle is definitely a must to see and the award winning Harlech beach both dog friendly (restrictions apply) are just some of the nearby beaches.
