Bwthyn yr Ardd is a cottage in the stunning garden of adjoining Plas yn Rhiw, a small manor house set in extensive grounds on the Llyn Peninsula. The National Trust holiday cottage boasts stunning views over the bay and a real rustic feel inside. Stone walls, an inglenook fireplace and exposed beams run throughout the cottage.
This property is a must for any gardening fan! Plas yn Rhiw was rescued from neglect and lovingly restored by the three Keating sisters, who bought it in 1938. The views from the grounds and gardens across Cardigan Bay are among the most spectacular in Britain. The house is 17th-century with Georgian additions, and the garden contains many beautiful flowering trees and shrubs, with beds framed by box hedges and grass paths.
