Bwthyn Llys Twrog is just five miles from a wonderful beach at Dinas Dinlle, this cottage is high in the hills above Pen y Groes, between Caernarfon and Porthmadog. There are panoramic views across to the Menai Straits, Llanddwyn Island and Holyhead on Anglesey. Not too far away there are some abandoned slate quarries that provide a fascinating insight into the history of North Wales.This is an excellent area for walking or mountain biking from the door, with easy access to mountains, historic castles and other attractions including a nearby Welsh vineyard.
