Stylish apartment with sea views occupying the first floor of a large Victorian terraced house. Fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.
The open plan living room with it's large bay window overlooking the park and the bay beyond incorporates a kitchenette with all the facilities required for effective self catering.
Sea views are also available from the double bedroom with it's french doors and juliet balcony.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. it overlooks the woods at the rear of the property.
A modern bathroom has a bath and a shower to cater for all bathing preferences.
All linen and towels for use during a stay are provided as standard, the whole apartment is served by full gas central heating and constantly available hot water, free wi-fi is available throughout and a full array of entertainment may be accessed on the smart tv in the living room.
Outside there is a shared garden terrace with seating etc and a BBQ for when the weather permits! It's a great place to relax looking over the bay, the park, the woods and the town.
Parking is usually available at the bottom of the sloping pathway leading up to the terrace or on the public road nearby without restriction.
