One of a pair of farm cottages retaining some of their 300 yr old character with beamed ceilings and thick stone walls providing a characterful and comfortable family holiday home near the village of Llanbedr, 3ml from Harlech. The large open plan living room is very homely and functional. The cottage is surrounded by open countryside with the heather carpeted Snowdonia mountains, with the 'Wales Coastal Path' running past the front door. The sea and beautiful sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay are all within striking distance. The nearest beach is at Shell Island just 1 mile away. The pretty riverside village of Llanbedr (1/2ml) is within walking distance for a few shops, inn and a hotel. Barmouth fishing harbour and town is 7ml and has a lot of antique and craft shops; Porthmadog town is famous for the Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion village and Black Rock Sands (9ml). N.B. 'Bont Briwet' is now open for a quick journey to Porthmadog (July, 2015).
Two bedrooms: 1 Double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be provided at £10/person.

Shared enclosed courtyard and an elevated patio area, shared between all our guests, is the perfect spot to relax, with brilliant sunset views out to the sea and over towards Lleyn Peninsula.

1 dog is allowed. A second dog is allowed by arrangement, as there is a maximum of 2 pets between properties 4058 & 4060 (they share a courtyard).

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.
We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
