Attached to the owner's small, converted chapel it is situated in an elevated position with spectacular, unspoilt pastoral scenery with views of Garn Fadryn mountain and Snowdonia beyond. It's located 1.6 miles along a quiet country lane from the village of Botwnnog, 6mls from the harbour town of Abersoch and 6mls from the coastal village of Aberdaron. Ideally and convenient placed for walking numerous sections of the Wales Coast Path and for visiting the many Neolithic and Megalithic sites of interest in the area including Tre'r Ceiri where over 100 hut circles are to be found. Cyclists will be in their element exploring the country lanes, stumbling across secret smugglers coves and stunning sandy beaches. A footpath leaves from the doorstep through countryside and woodland with breathtaking views across Cardigan Bay to the west coast with its panoramic mountain ranges including Cadair Idris, leading eventually to Hell's Mouth beach (2.5mls). A great choice for touring and exploring this delightful area of North Wales whatever the season. Return home, following your day sightseeing, to relax in the Hot Tub with its far reaching views or wait until later and stargaze. Choice of country pubs within 7 miles. There is also small shop, butcher and petrol station in Sarn (1.7mls). Attractions in the area include Plas Yn Rhiw National Trust (2ml), Whistling Sands beach (5mls), Pwllheli market town and Marina with leisure centre (10mls), Cricieth castle and beach (18mls), Porthmadog Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog narrow gauge steam railways (24mls), Snowdon and Beddgelert (28mls)

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.
We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
