An attractive little single storey fisherman's cottage (one of six, next door to 3115) in a superb position on the beach and within walking distance (200m) to the small historical fishing village of Trefor on the dramatic Lleyn Peninsula. From the doorstep you can walk along a dramatic coastal path with stunning sea cliffs - a gem of a footpath and one of the Lleyn's best kept secrets. This is the place to come to for peace and relaxation surrounded by spectacular coastal views and a dramatic back drop of the Eifl mountians. The village, which has no through traffic, is a short walk away and has a village shop/postoffice & small cafe. In the summer months porpoises, dolphins and seals can be seen along this coastline of outstanding natural beauty. Walk to the Ancient Iron Age fort at the top of the Eifl and walk amoungs 120 stone hut circles that remain in this abandoned walled settlement. The historic town of Caernarfon and market town of Pwllheli (both 10ml) have a variety of shops, leisure centres, restaurants, inns to choose from. Caernarfon has further remains of a Roman settlement and Caernarfon Castle is a World Heritage site. The mountains of Snowdonia are only a 20 mins scenic coastal drive away to Llanberis where you can choose to walk up or take the steam train to the top. Choose from the beach at the front of the cottage or any other private beaches tucked into the coves along this quieter part of the Lleyn Peninsula.

Two bedrooms: One double bedroom with views of the sea and beach and one bunk bedroom. Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels & tea towels.
Shower room with electric shower, hand wash basin and WC.
Modern fitted units in the galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
Lounge has views of the harbour, sea and beach. Multifuel log burner, TV with DVD.
Conservatory/dining room with views across the pier, sea and mountains. Dining table and chairs.
Private patio and garden to the back, partially enclosed. Spectacular harbour, sea and coastline views at the front with about 6 steps up to the house.
Private parking for 1. Ample parking in free public car.
Night storage heaters throughout.
Electricity is paid by meter reading (£15 included free, which is usually enough for a week).
Access: There is a set of about 6 steps with a further 4 steps up to the front door.
No pets.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
