A romantic retreat for 2 or a family 'get away' in this idillic 18th century converted coach house near the sea and the magnificent Menai straits. Situated on its own in an orchard just half a mile stroll from the Caernarfon castle and harbour. The cosy lounge has a wood burning stove and is warmly decorated with exposed beams and tree trunk features underneath a 'crog loft' which serves as an additional sitting area. The master bedroom and shower room are both on the ground floor. Caernarfon foreshore on the Menai Strait is a few minutes walk and the magnificent World Heritage Caernarfon castle and walled town of Caernarfon is 15 minutes walk. Caernarfon golf club is also nearby, a scenic links course with lovely home made food in their restaurant. The restaurants, Inns and shops are tucked away in the narrow streets and the Welsh Highland steam train station is just by the harbour. Award winning sandy beach at Dinas Dinlle 7 miles, Anglesey 10 miles, Snowdon 10 miles.

Three bedrooms: One double on ground floor level with an antique bed, one twin bedroom with access through to one double bedroom (photos currently show two twin rooms; please disregard this). Bed linen provided, please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Shower room/WC on ground floor large shower cubicle with electric shower.
Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
Lounge/diner is a spacious room open to the roof with a snug lounge area under the crog loft. Lounge area has a wood burning stove, flatscreen TV and DVD. Dining area has a large refectory table.
Crog loft: Additional space for reading or playing games. Access is via an open tread stairs not suitable for toddlers or the infirm.
Electricity, central heating and logs included.
Ample parking to the front.
Open plan garden with lawns, garden furniture and fruit trees.
Garage has space for storing bikes, canoes etc.
Sorry, no pets.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
