With all rooms on the ground floor and level access to the many shops in Porthmadog the convenience of this property means that it is ideal for guests with difficulty managing stairs. The 10ft wide picture window in the living room opens the apartment to the ever changing scene of the tide, boats and wildlife before you in the harbour - perfect for relaxation. A short walk from the property will lead you to the Ffestiniog Railway and Welsh Highland railway and the station's popular bar/restaurant. Porthmadog has many restaurants, cafes, shops, and a leisure centre. Snowdon and Beddgelert (7 miles), Portmeirion Italianate styled village (3 miles). Harlech, a World Heritage Site, with its majestic castle stands 10 miles away.

Mini-break rules at this cottage: A mini-break is a holiday for less than a week and/or may start on a day which isn't the normal changeover day (Saturday). This property owner will only accept mini-breaks at medium notice of 21 days between Easter and October Half Term. Outside of this time mini-breaks are bookable 56 days before the holiday.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). If you continue you will notice that during the next booking steps this will automatically be selected for you and the price will increase, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.
The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.
After your stay, we ask you kindly to please leave the property as it is found, in a clean and tidy manner. This includes replacing the furniture if you have moved them, emptying all internal bins, clean and put away plates etc., clean work tops and surfaces and hoover the floors.
No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.
Mini-breaks & Weekends: In most cases, bookings that are for less than 7 nights in the season (Easter to the end of October) are only bookable at short notice. Out of season (November to last week before Easter) is more flexible. The mini-break rules for each property is stated on the description. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
