The Old Farmhouse sits 350 feet above sea level within peaceful countryside and looks out over Cardigan Bay to the Llyn Peninsular in 1½ acres of garden and originally dates from around 1600. It offers guests the traditional atmosphere of an old farmhouse but with the benefit of every modern convenience. An ideal base for touring Snowdonia, walking or just relaxing by the large outdoor heated swimming pool and hot spa. We are walker, cyclist, motor bike and dog friendly, with facilities and storage to cater for all necessary equipment including secure garaging.
This area of secret Snowdonia offers visitors a wide range of interests including over 5 miles of one of Britain's few Blue Flag beaches. There are lots of castles and historic sites and visitor attractions including slate mines, little trains of Wales, Portmeirion and numerous and varied walks. There are quiet lanes for cyclists and stunning scenery, all of which are on the doorstep or within a short drive.
Arrivals after 3.30pm but before 10pm please (unless prior notification of late or early arrival) and departures before 10.30 am.
Please note that half price child rates only apply to children between the ages of 8 and 16 and we do not take children under 8. The tariff is from £70 per night to £105 per night depending on room. Prices include full Welsh breakfast. A deposit of £50.00 per person is required payable within 7 days of booking Children aged between 8 and 16 years inclusive are charged at half price per child per night when sharing with two adults.
