About Tŷ Coch

Ty Coch is a former coastal smallholding, with 10 acres and its own beach in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Llyn Peninsula.
In 2009 we restored and converted the derelict farm buildings to provide the perfect retreat for families and friends wanting to spend time, celebrate or holiday together.
Made up of three buildings, The Cottage, The Barn and The Dairy the property has been carefully designed for groups of 10-12 to share, with each cottage sleeping 4-6 guests, Ty Coch allows you your own private space but with plenty of space to share.
The outside dining area, lit with festoon lighting, has a Mørsø wood fired pizza oven and firepits UK BBQ for cooking up a feast. There are campfires to roast marshmallows and gaze at the stars whilst listening to tall tales. We also have 12 glorious acres with a games field, a stream, a wildlife pond and a shepherd’s hut reading room all for your exclusive use.
