Tir Y Coed

Surrounded by mature landscaped gardens on the edge of the village of Rowen, just inside the Snowdonia National Park, Tir y Coed is situated four miles from the World Heritage town of Conwy and 3 miles from the beautiful Bodnant Gardens. The house enjoys far reaching views of Rowen, the most picturesque village in the Conwy Valley, extending to the magnificent Carneddau mountains beyond.
Sandra and Chris took over the reins in 2016, the house remains our home and many of our guests comment that their experience of Tir y Coed is not unlike visiting friends in the country.
Think large, comfortable beds with luxurious feather and down duvets, fluffy white towels, a cosy drawing room with wood burning stove, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. Expect chilled out informality, home-baked bread, freshly cooked breakfasts, offering the best from local butchers, and in the evening, a convivial, well-stocked bar.
