About The Granary
Conveniently placed midway between Hay-on-Wye and Brecon, it is ideal for the Hay Literary Festival, Brecon Jazz, the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and many other local events.
The Granary has been tastefully converted and includes wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings throughout. We offer two luxury double en-suite rooms, and one, smaller, twin room.
The historic town of Brecon is a 15-minute drive and offers many visitor attractions including Llangorse lake, the Dan-yr-Ogof caves and the Big Pit. Also to enjoy are the regular farmers markets and the endless options for outdoor pursuits such as mountain climbing, hill walking, canoeing, cycling, pony trekking, bird watching, water sports to gentle walks. Not forgetting the golf courses of Cradoc and Brecon.
