30 October, 06, 14 and 20 November 2021. Four of the Autumn International rugby matches take place in Principality Stadium in the centre of Cardiff.

Cardiff Christmas Market

11 November – 23 December 2021. Cardiff Christmas Market will take place on St John Street, Working Street, the Hayes, Hills Street and Trinity Street and will include an exciting and eclectic mix of both new and returning exhibitors to tempt you as their original, hand made work is the essence of what makes our market so different and special every year.

Christmas in Swansea Bay

12 November 2021 - 3 January 2022. If you're visiting Swansea during the Christmas period, there's plenty to keep you busy. Museum Park will once again be transformed into the Alpine Village, including seated and takeaway food and a rides and games area.

26 November - 21 December 2021. Oxford Street will host the Christmas Market - where you can find a selection of unique gifts, tempting treats and beautiful decorations.

 

Brecon Beacons Ultra Marathon

13 November 2021. A mere 46ish mile mixed trail, mountain, canal and road run around the magnificent Brecon Beacons. There is also a 26 mile trail marathon.

Cardiff Winter Wonderland

16 November 2021 - 02 January 2022. Taking place across two sites, City Hall lawns and Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Winter Wonderland is back and it's bigger and better than before! 

There's ice skating and an ice walk, funfare attractions, local bands, plus festive food and drink. The ice rink will be open for accessible sessions every Wednesday during the 1:30pm slot.

Luminate Wales

18 November - 24 November 2021. A spectacular, illuminated trail, full of wonder and intrigue, to delight and enthral your senses at the historic gardens of Margam Country Park and Castle. Tickets must be pre-booked, online in advance. See Luminate Wales website for more information.

Real Ale Wobble

20 November 2021. Marking the start of the Mid Wales Beer Festival an event for those who don't take their cycling too seriously. Enjoy cycling through the Cambrian Mountains, quaffing local ale from the Heart of Wales Brewery in Llanwrtyd Wells.

Picton Castle Victorian Christmas Fair

20 and 21 November 2021. Nation Trust's Picton Castle is hosting a Victorian Christmas Fair, with over 50 stalls. There's mulled wine for the adults and a free Christmas trail for children. Check with venue about pre-booking.

Conwy Half Marathon

21 November 2021. Try and jostle your way to the edges of the pack because Runners World included it in their five most scenic half marathons in the UK. Taking in such great sights as Conwy Castle, Isle of Anglesey and Puffin Island.

24 - 28 November 2021.  Hay Festival Winter Weekend brings writers and readers together for a weekend of thoughtful conversation, candle-lit storytelling, comedy, music, and family fun.

Christmas in Bute Park

25  November - 31 December 2021. Enjoy  a magical new light trail, flame garden, enchanting fairy tree forest, laser shows and mirror balls, as well as funfair rides, locally sourced street food in Bute Park in Cardiff.

fforest Winter Feast 

26 - 28 November 2021. Enjoy a Winter Feast, at fforest in Pembrokeshire, with fire, beer and food on Friday evening, a six course feast on Saturday and a mid-morning BBQ brunch on Sunday.

 

 

Reindeer safari, Mold

27 November - 24 December 2021. Reindeer Lodge are offering up a drive-through reindeer safari experience and theatre show that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own car. You can choose a day ticket to enjoy the stunning scenery or a night ticket to see the woodland illuminated. There's also a hidden Elf village and a drive-thru Santa's Grotto and Toy Workshop.

Real Ale Ramble

27 - 28 November 2021. The Real Ale Ramble is held annually in conjunction with the 10-day Mid-Wales Beer Festival. Take a 12 or 20 mile waymarked ramble or there are two guided routes of five and eight miles, with free real ales available at the checkpoints.
