St David's Day

01 March. St David's Day is a day full of children wearing black 'chimney' hats and shawls. Parades of leeks, daffodils, flags of Saint David and herds of red dragons - on flags of course. All in celebration of the patron saint of Wales, St David.

02 February, 10 and 16 March 2024. The Guinness Six Nations home games take place in Principality Stadium in the centre of Cardiff. The annual rugby union competition contested is by the national teams of Wales, England, Scotland, France, Ireland and Italy.
