About Ty Hafan Dark Run 2026

The Tŷ Hafan Dark Run transforms Bute Park into a vibrant evening course filled with lights, music and a lively atmosphere. Open to all ages and abilities, participants can run, jog or walk the route while enjoying the unique surroundings after dark.

The event is designed to be fun rather than competitive, making it ideal for families, groups of friends and anyone looking to enjoy an active evening together. Many participants embrace the occasion by wearing fancy dress or colourful glowing accessories, adding to the festive Halloween feel.

By taking part, you'll also be helping to support the vital work of Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice, raising funds that enable the charity to provide care and support for children with life-shortening conditions and their families across Wales.
