The perfect place for holidays or business stays, only 10 minutes from M4 Swansea and on the doorstep of the Gower Peninsula. Situated in an area known as the Gower of the hills it is perfect for walkers and we are recommended by John Gilham in his book Snowdon to the Gower. From the farm gate you have immediate access to over 12 miles of open, grassy common. A world of your own. The farm park is full of interest for guests. Rare breeds animals, emus, alpacas and many other friendly animals for those wishing to see them.
There are three options for accommodation.
Barn Cottage is a 400 year old barn converted into a spacious 3-bedroomed cottage of immense character. Inglenook fireplace with log fires, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. It has a delightful garden with two terraces and spectacular views from the house. There is also a huge hot tub for 6 people and a barbecue at the property as well as a large transparent dome with seating for 6 people.
In the evening sit in the dome and watch the stars, protected from insects and breezes. On a chilly day with some sunshine, it’s lovely and warm.
Coynant Farm Guesthouse has three self-contained en-suite rooms in a 16th century farmhouse. En-suite shower/bath, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave for guests to heat own evening meals. Self service breakfast included, consisting of fruit juice, toast, boiled or poached eggs, selection of marmalade and jam and tea & coffee. All facilities to prepare your own breakfast are provide in the room, including a table and chairs to dine. Our rooms are self contained, including self service breakfast in your room. There is no need to come in contact with any other person.
Snow White’s House is a charming, two bedroomed cottage, with double and twin beds. The double bedroom opens out through French doors onto a private terrace, that is not overlooked, and has a 4 person hot tub. The bedroom and terrace with hot tub have complete seclusion. There is an outdoor garden with barbeque and fire pit. This accommodation is based on Disney’s Snow White’s cottage. Full of character and great fun. Low beams, log fires, cuckoo clock, grandfather clock and owl in the tree. It has modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The Nook is a 2 person Studio Apartment with a double bed, Hot Tub, and modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. The Nook has a large transparent dome with seating for 2 people. The Pines Cabin is a cosy cabin for two. Our most inexpensive self-catering unit. The cabin is sited on the yard area behind our holiday cottages and the French window looks out on to these. The bedroom window looks out to the farm and hills. You are only yards from access to all the attractions and amenities of the farm park and surrounding hills.
All properties have Freesat tv, safe parking and free Wi-Fi. This is the perfect place for holidays and short breaks, or for someone on business.
