Penygawse is a grade II listed Georgian townhouse situated on the A40 in Llandovery centre. The property has housed many businesses over its' c.300 year history and is now run by Allan & Lynne Stather and their team as a guest house and Victorian tea rooms.

The guest house comprises 6 bedrooms:

Our family room can sleep 6 comfortably, it has a 6' wide bed for couples looking for luxury. There is a 28 colour TV, DVD player and the en-suite has a 'victorian' roll-top bath.

Bedroom 2 has a 6' wide zip & link superkingsize bed which can be unzipped into two 3' wide beds. It also has a colour TV. The en-suite is equipped with a bath so you can soak after the days exertions.

Bedroom 3 is at the rear of the property and has views across the valley. The room is fitted with a TV. The en-suite has a spacious and powerful tower shower.

Bedroom 4 is a triple and can accommodate either as 3 single beds or a 6' wide bed with a single. The room also has a flat lcd tv. the en-suite is equipped with a double shower. the room has views across the hills towards Llwynwormwood Estate the home of HRH Prince of Wales

Bedroom 5 is a single and has a flat lcd tv. The en-suite has a very large double shower. This room has similar views to room 4.

Bedroom 6 is a kingsize room. The room has a flat lcd tv. The en-suite is fitted with a double shower. This room also has views towards Llwynwormwood estate - the home of HRH Prince of Wales

All rooms come with a comprehensive folder with useful information relating to the area and local establishments. Bottled 'Tynant' water is provided along with a little sweet gift to help you unwind as well as tea/coffee facilities in each room.
