St Hilary Vineyard

Liz & Peter Loch welcome you
St Hilary Vineyard is a young, family run vineyard located just outside the historic market town of Cowbridge. Established by Liz and Peter Loch, the vineyard saw its first harvest in 2023, specialising in rosé and sparkling wines grown from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. A visit here is a chance to see a Welsh vineyard in its early chapters. You can book a tour and tasting to hear the story behind the vines, or visit the orchard, which has been home to more than 70 fruit trees since 2015. As well as the wine, you can enjoy apple juice made from the farm’s own harvest, making it a welcoming stop for everyone. Situated in the Vale of Glamorgan, the vineyard is an ideal addition to a day out exploring the nearby coast
