It is located in the large grounds of Bryn Awelon Bed and Breakfast.
LIVING AND EATING:
A large open plan kitchen/lounge with 2 large windows to the floor with stunning views of the Sea, Countryside and Penmon lighthouse. There is modern fully equipped kitchen with halogen hob and single oven, microwave, built in washing machine and fridge freezer. A large oak kitchen table with seating for 6 people. It is fully central heated with the added benefit of a wood burning stove for those cold Winter cosy nights in. It also has the benefit of solar panels.
SLEEPING/BATHING:
Two ground floor bedrooms. One twin with television/DVD with fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower over bath with grab rail. One double room with king sized bed, television which has an en-suite with walk in shower with the assistance of grab rail.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
There are two patios for you to relax and take in the breathtaking views. Barbeque area for you to put your portable disposable barbeques on. Off road parking for 2 cars. Ramp with handrail to enter the property.
