How do I raise a concern about my listing on visitwales.com?
If you have experienced an issue with your product listing on visitwales.com, please email email@example.com. Please provide a full description of the problem, a link to the specific page, name and version of your web browser and your computer operating system information.
We will aim to resolve your concern as quickly as possible and will provide you with a response within five working days. However, some issues may take longer than five days to resolve, in this instance we will let you know and will aim to provide you with a final response within 20 working days.
