Big jumps, long rock slides, abseiling down a high waterfall, and zip lining across water, that’s what’s on offer in the latest high adrenalin activity of canyoning – effectively coasteering…but down a river gorge.
The terrain of the stunning Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is perfectly suited to this physically demanding new pursuit, and there are plenty of experienced operators with the kit and the knowhow to get you down safely. Here you can hire wet suits, helmets, and buoyancy aids, while experienced guides provide full safety briefings to safeguard the adventure seeker, while ramping up the fun.
