The Duathlon consists of a challenging mountain bike course, sandwiched between two trail running routes of varying distance and difficulty. Two routes will be available to individuals or teams, the longer distance ‘full’ route, and the smaller ‘sprint’. The challenging full distance of the Duathlon consists of a 9km run, 28km bike and is rounded off with a 5km run to the finish.A 5km run, 15km bike and a 1.8km run makes up the smaller sprint distance of the Duathlon.
