Our chefs adore the autumn months. There’s so much wonderful Welsh produce to enjoy – ripe fruit and vegetables, delicious game, succulent cheese and more. Head for the deciduous woodlands of Snowdonia or the Wye Valley, where the oaks and beeches give a marvellous show of autumn colour.
