Hang Fire Smokehouse
BBQ at Hangfire Smokehouse, Cardiff by Christopher AuRun by two young Southern-style BBQ enthusiasts who toured the states for inspiration, Cardiff pop-up phenomenon Hangfire has risen to become a juggernaut in the Cardiff food scene. Expect mouth-watering brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken with a healthy dose of pickles, ‘slaw and creamed corn on the side. Punters come in their droves for the sinfully delicious pull-apart meat. You’ll definitely be back for more.

Got Beef, Cardiff by Sam Dimond
If you like a burger bursting with flavour then head to Got Beef. Using award winning Welsh Black Beef, all gourmet burgers are created and made by owner Cai Pritchard who drew inspiration for his venture from his travels around Thailand and the US. Originally a pop up event, Cai has made the leap to his permanent bar and kitchen on Whitchurch Road, located just outside the city centre. The menu features burgers such as the Bombay, Dirty South and Soprano as well as a daily special board. Delicious.

This wonderful farmers market runs along the bank of the River Taff opposite the Principality Stadium in the heart of Cardiff.
