The headquarters of the Cambrian Heritage Railways can be found in Oswald Road at Oswestry, next door to the Cambrian Railways museum; a short section of line is in operation here.

The Cambrian Heritage Railways operate a 1200 metre section of line from a replica, period station at Llynclys South, to Pen-y-Garreg Lane, Pant. All passenger trains are heritage diesel multiple units.
