About Dalmore Camping & Caravanning Park

We are an ADULTS ONLY, caravan and camping park.
One mile south from Howey on the A483, at the top of the hill. Small, select park overlooking the most glorious of countryside, with green meadows in the foreground and the Cambrian Hills beyond, to the horizon.

The park is kept to an exceptionally high standard with level, terraced and fenced pitches,all with unrestricted views.

The location is ideal as a base for touring the surrounding areas of hills, vales, rivers, streams and the Elan Vally (home of the Red Kite) only a half hour drive away. Or if you prefer just to relax in the park, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility and see buzzards, herons, geese and countless other bird life without venturing forth.
One mile away is the village of Howey with some fine establishments serving excellent food, wines and beers. The village shop and Post Office provide all needs and a taxi service is also situated in the village. In the town of Llandrindod Wells, 2.5 miles distant, all sporting facilities are available including bowling, swimming, tennis and the beautiful lake provides fishing and a lakeside restaurant
Here you will also find shops, supermarkets and the railway station. PLUS HOLIDAY BUNGALOW and HOLIDAY STATIC CARAVAN Adults only maximum of four people in each of them. Sorry No Smoking.

ONSITE FACILITIES - We can accommodate 14 Tourers/Motorhomes,(12 of which are hard standing) and 6 tent pitches. 19 hookups, toilets and a shower block. Chemical Disposal Point, Dish-washing and bottle gas. We also take seasonal parking and winter storage.

OFF SITE FACILITIES - 1 mile away Food shop, Bar/Pub, Restaurant Takeaway Food 2.5 miles away Laundrette, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, Fishing and Golf Course. Elan Vally and Brecon Beacons are within driving distance also close to Builth Wells, home of the Royal Welsh Show.
