About The Cowshed, East Hook Farm
The Cowshed (2 people) is a secluded, stone-built, grade II listed building on the banks of the beautiful Cleddau Estuary in the Pembrokeshire National Park. It is set in 120 acres of privately-owned, unimproved farmland, meadows and woods, bound on three sides by the tidal estuary. With views of the estuary from the terrace, visitors can walk, picnic, birdwatch and fish in a stunning setting without getting into the car. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Presselli mountains and sandy beaches for which the county is renowned are all within an easy drive from The Cowshed as well as the historic towns of Pembroke, St Davids and Tenby. The village of Hook is a mile from the cottage and has a post office and shop where newspapers, fresh bread, eggs, milk and groceries can be bought.
Located in the grounds of East Hook Farm, The Cowshed has been sensitively restored to provide comfortable accommodation for up to two people. It has its own terrace, barbecue and ample off-road parking. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be separated to full-sized twin beds on request.
