There truly is something special about Beddgelert - the 'meeting' of the Colwyn and Gwynant rivers as they flow around majestic Snowdon. The purple heather covered slopes of the Snowdon foothills surrounds this terraced cottage in the village. Like most Cottages in this pretty location, Village Cottage is Grade II listed. The cottage has a light and airy modern feel with a large modern convenient kitchen and a spacious lounge. From the door there are many excellent walks, either up hills and mountains or along the rivers to mystical lakes. There are interesting pony treks locally, a copper mine to investigate, lakes to fish in, to boat upon, or picnic beside. This is a fine central location for enjoying both the mountains and the sea as the coast at Porthmadog is only 7 ml down the valley to the golden sandy beaches at Black Rock Sands. Betws y Coed, Swallow Falls and Conwy valley 15 ml.

Two bedrooms: One double with an en-suite shower room and WC and one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. Please bring your own linen and towels.

Kitchen/diner with electric ceramic halogen hob, eye-level double oven, two fridges (one with freezer), microwave.
Lounge has a log burning stove in feature fireplace with Sky TV, DVD player and radio.
Walled garden with furniture.
Roadside parking.
Night storage heaters. Radiators heated by the wood burner.
Electricity included; logs and coal available locally at an extra charge.

We have been to North Wales before and also Beddgelert, it is such a beautiful place and we were able to visit some old haunts too. We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
