A larger than it appears chalet bungalow on the quiet Aberdesach beach with full length picture windows in the lounge where the magnificent view of the sea and mountains (see above) can be enjoyed. Imagine this - a bottle of wine, the red evening sunset and the sound of the waves lapping on the beach. The mainly sandy beach with rock pools is just 10m from the front door, the sea 30m. Aberdesach is a tiny seaside hamlet 8 ml west of Caernarfon and 12ml east of Nefyn. Clynnog Fawr (1ml) has the nearest shop and inn. Wild mountain goats roam the Eifl mountains that dominate this quiet Lleyn Peninsula coastline. Snowdon Mountain Railway, Padarn lake, country park, indoor climbing centre 14 ml. Caernarfon castle & harbour, leisure centre and shops 8ml.

Three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. Linen and towels are not included, but are available to hire.

Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Lounge features a new flatscreen TV with built in DVD player, CD player, electric fire and views.
Private elevated sunny patio, BBQ and enclosed grounds.
The free car park is 140m away from front door.
Electric heaters and electric fire.
Electricity is paid by meter reading.
Access is 140m along a beach path which is not suitable for wheelchairs. No room for a cot in the small size bedrooms.
Maximum of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog allowed.

A single £27 Booking Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the price shown. Bookings for 2 weeks will be eligible for a £27 Multi-week Saving. Please claim this in the 'Additional Information' box that appears during the booking process and we will adjust the total before deducting the money from your card.

We strongly recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection (see Terms & Conditions). This has already been selected for you when you book, so simply de-select them on the bookings screen if you already have holiday insurance or if you do not want any cover.

The Pet Charge for all properties accepting pets is £20 per pet.

No Smoking: We want all our guests to enjoy an odour free environment when they arrive at their property. We therefore prohibit smoking within the premises in ALL our properties. A 'Refreshing Charge' will be levied on guests who smoke in properties. A No Smoking Policy may form part of a property's statutory Fire Risk Assessment.

Mini-breaks & Weekends: Bookings that are for less than 7 nights are only bookable within 21 days (some properties are within a different amount of days) of the start date of the holiday. Weekend booking requests that do not start or end on a property's usual change-over day or cross over more than 1 week, are at the discretion of the property owner.
