About Ty Gwennol

This cosy little retreat is a secluded 'off the beaten track' delightful hideaway, perfect for a couple. Surrounded by heath land and National Trust common some of which is designated S.S.I. Its location affords spectacular views of Carn Penberry, and across the peninsular to Carn Llidi, Ramsey Island and the tower of St. Davids Cathedral, some 2½ miles distant.
This undisturbed heath land, criss-crossed with footpaths, is home to a myriad of wildlife including badger, fox, peregrine falcon, hen harrier, heron, wild fowl, and a profusion of flowers, butterflies and dragon flies in the Spring and Summer – a pair of Barn Owls live in a nearby barn. For those that have bikes, boards, or other equipment there is ample storage.
