The cottage has its own private parking space for 1 car, which is quite rare for holiday cottages in Barmouth.

There is also a patio and furniture.
Ground floor: Living/dining room with sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen with wooden floor and beams.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with beams. Bathroom with shower (over bath) and toilet.

Gas and electricity included April- September (£15pw Oct-Mar). Bed linen supplied.

Wi-fi internet access is available for use with guests' laptops or mobile phones.
