The owners of Llechwen Hall Hotel have unveiled and officially opened a new wing of the destination hotel, bringing the total number of guest bedrooms to 44.
Distinguished guests were given a tour of the new 2-storey wing and shown a selection of the four star quality designer bedrooms featuring air-conditioning, Juliette balconies, high-end furniture and memory foam beds, spacious bathrooms with spa-style rain showers, handcrafted Welsh fabrics and artwork, USB ports and unlimited WiFi.
As part of the expansion, a spa, treatment rooms, and gym will open to guests in early 2020. The original building and 20 guest bedrooms will undergo further refurbishment to four-star quality, while the period lounge bar will receive a contemporary yet sympathetic remodelling, with the current reception being removed to create a link directly into the new wing.
The family owned hotel has received investment since 2008. Refurbishment of 20 bedrooms, renovation of the Coach House, construction of the Orangery Restaurant and a purpose-built garden marquee with full length glass panels showcasing stunning views over the Cynon Valley have firmly established the hotel as a quality destination venue and retreat set in glorious Welsh countryside.
