About Aberystwyth University
Aberystwyth University is nestled on the coast in the heart of mid-Wales. We offer large scale conference and events venues supported by a range of facilities and services for your event.
Our largest conference room has a capacity of 1000 delegates with further conference space for 12-300 delegates. All spaces have integrated AV systems in place. Complimentary wifi is available across the site. We can support formal conference activities with a range of informal spaces and recreation events, both on and off campus.
Full catering facilities are available, ranging from welcome refreshments, drink receptions and snacks, all the way to hot buffets and formal dinners. No task is too large or small with catering arranged for your specific needs. Special dietary requirements are easily catered for.
Basic accommodation is available year-round, supplemented during the summer months with premium and ensuite options. All accommodation comes with complimentary access to the University's Sports Centre and wifi. Bed and breakfast options are available, or accommodation can be on a self-catering basis to meet the needs of your delegates.
Free parking offered as standard to all delegates.
