IGTM comes to Wales 18 - 21 October 2021
Reed Travel Exhibitions, organisers of IGTM (International Golf Travel Market) have confirmed that IGTM 2021 will take place 18 - 21 October 2021 at The Celtic Manor Resort in Wales after the 2020 event was postponed. It will be the first time the global (business to business) B2B event for the golf travel industry has been welcomed to the UK.
An endorsement of the UK’s importance as a golfing destination, Wales will welcome international golf tourism suppliers, venues, destinations, buyers and media at the Celtic Manor Resort and International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in partnership with The Vale Resort, Marriott St Pierre and Royal Porthcawl.
For further information and to enquire about the event visit the International Golf Travel Market website.
Making use of state-of-the-art facilities, the three-day IGTM exhibition will take place in the 4,000 sqm pillar-free main hall at ICC Wales with the welcome address in the 1,500-seater auditorium. Arrival and farewell receptions will take place at the Celtic Manor Resort and the event’s curtain-raising golf tournament will showcase Wales’ wide variety of championship courses, being staged jointly by The Celtic Manor, The Vale Resort, Marriott St Pierre and Royal Porthcawl, which was announced as the venue for the 2021 AIG Women’s British Open.
Wales’ business strengths combined with beautiful natural terrain and excellent transport links make it the ideal destination for golfing-inspired events, incentives and sports tourism. The country is also home to over 200 golf courses, from historic seaside links to beautifully manicured parkland resorts. IGTM offers an opportunity for delegates to experience a warm Welsh welcome and discover why Wales is an unforgettable destination for golfing visits, business events and as a holiday destination.
