One of the most memorable conference venues in Cardiff

Named as one of the most memorable conference venues in Cardiff (Caerdydd), the Principality Stadium doesn’t just offer a venue for rugby and football matches, but a versatile space for many events, including concerts by world renown music stars, speedway, monster trucks, rugby, football, exhibitions, corporate launches and gala dinners.

10 delegates to 74,500...

The Principality Stadium offers six large lounges and 113 hospitality suites and has the capacity to hold events as small as 10 guests in a hospitality box for a meeting or corporate launch or up to 74,500 in the main stadium for concerts or exhibitions. The £121 million stadium, which is Europe’s largest stadium, was also the first sporting venue with a fully retractable roof, making it a leading edge as a multi-purpose, mulit-faceted event venue.

The Principality Stadium was recognised as the UK’s first sustainable event stadium by the British Standard for Sustainability Management Systems for Events. The BS8901 certificate rewards the venue’s management of the social, economic, and environmental impact of the stadium events.

Cardiff, the UK’s premier business location after London

Central Cardiff’s Enterprise Zone designation is testament to the ambition of confirming Cardiff as the UK’s premier business location after London. Cardiff’s ambition and understanding its role in the financial, professional, services and tech industries has meant that the city has progressed in the last 10 years through investment and coordination of infrastructure and development.

With Wales’ reputation for innovation excellence and invention, our ambition is to attract an ever-increasing number of sector related conferences and meetings. This is where the Principality Stadium takes credit; not only is the venue known for its vibrant crowds of yellow daffodils and tense play offs in international sports, but with its large capacity and diverse meetings spaces, The Principality Stadium opens its doors to associations and event planners looking to bring their events to Cardiff.

The Vale Resort and Hensol Castle
