Spring into springtime with some energizing Yoga! Expect a reasonably intense morning session followed by a more relaxing afternoon session with an hour break in between to eat delicious homemade cake and enjoy the views or head out for a short lunchtime stroll.
Day starts at 11am and we finish at 4pm. Please bring a Yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and bring a light lunch.
