About Y Gorlan

Y Gorlan is located in the heart of the pretty village of Rowen in the Snowdonia National Park in the Conwy Valley less than five miles from the historic castle town of Conwy on the North Coast. This lovely rural village is the starting point for a host of excellent walks, both short countryside rambles and longer hikes up around Tal Y Fan or even over to the beautiful Aber Falls by the coast. For the more adventurous, mountain biking, cycling, Surf Snowdonia (the world's first public artificial surf lagoon with lessons available for all the family) all within a few miles of the house. Relax in a lovely welcoming village, close to family attractions, fishing opportunities at the local water gardens, historic houses, castles, local food centres and the beauty of the Snowdonia National Park. There is also Welsh singing in the Ty Gwyn pub every Friday night.
