About Snowdonia Rock Cottage
Cute, cosy miners cottage which has been fully renovated set in the village of Penrhyndeudraeth Gwynedd, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. You can hear the steam trains running from the famous Ffestiniog railway in the distance and can walk to the station should you wish to take a trip on there to explore the beauty of North Wales by rail. You can also take a two minute walk from the cottage to see these steam trains passing by.
The cottage has an all in one kitchen, dining, sitting area and downstairs bathroom with two bedrooms located upstairs sleeping 4 people. We welcome pets and don't charge extra for them. Gas and Electric is included in the price. The flooring is all wood and tiled so please be mindful when booking with young children to ensure this is suitable for your needs. Parking is available free on the village car park which is a 3 minute walk from the house. Close by is Harlech, Portmerion, Snowdonia National Park & Porthmadog. There are shops, take-aways, restaurant and a pub in the village just past the car park.
