The two main balconies have glass balustrades that provide safety without obstructing the bay and sea views - so you may enjoy the parnorama, privacy and peace while relaxing on the balconies or terrace with wine or while using the gas barbecue provided.

The Penthouse's lounge has two large sofas and a 50-inch flat screen TV with Sky; and there is a selection of books and games. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with lovely sea views and a private balcony. There is a leather sofa where you can escape to watch the flat screen TV or a film on the DVD player. The large, luxury shower room with two showers completes the master bedroom.
The second double bedroom, with a queen size bed, has a flat screen TV and its own en-suite shower room while the third bedroom has two single beds with a divider offering both beds some privacy. There is a flat screen TV and access onto the large dining terrace from the large glass doors that form one wall.
There is a sperate shower room for use by guests using this bedroom.

The apartment is only a short walk from Langland beach where you have exclusive use of one of the newly renovated iconic Edwardian beach huts while you relax by the beach. The beach hut has a small table, six chairs, a sun parasol and a variety of beach games, books and magazines.

In nearby Mumbles village you will find small boutiques, specialist shops and the promenade to Swansea Marina. The whole of Gower is close by, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
