Hillcrest

Hillcrest is as we mentioned just outside the walls of the medieval town of Conwy within walking distance of the small quayside where sightseeing tour boats depart on a regular basis during the season. The town is full of history and host to a number of events from the local honey fair to the food feast and even a Pirate weekend to name but a few. The Snowdonia National Park is less than 500meters from the door (as the jackdaw flies) and the opportunities for adventurous activities abound here, from surfing the world's first man made surf lagoon at Surf Snowdonia to underground exploration with Go Below Underground Adventures, to Europe's longest zip wire at Zip World and so much more from the genteel to the extreme there is something for everyone all within an easy drive and in many cases a short walk.
