The apartment is well placed for the area’s attractions – bird watching (red kites can be seen nearby and there is an RSPB nature reserve at nearby Ynis Hir); fabulous walking; the Centre for Alternative Technology at Machynlleth; the award winning Talyllyn narrow-gauge railway, castles at Criccieth, Caernarfon and Harlech; and four miles of beautiful beach and championship links golf course in Aberdovey itself.

Terrace: - A sunny private terrace with table and chairs for dining or relaxing. Stunning views of the Dovey/Dyfi estuary and Cardigan Bay coastline.

Kitchen: - fully fitted, with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, built-under oven and hob, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs.

Bedroom 1: - A lovely south facing double bedroom with king size wooden bed and fitted wardrobes, pine dressing table and matching bedside tables. Fabulous views of the coastline and Dovey estuary. TV. radio/alarm.

Bathroom1: - Spacious en-suite bathroom with full bathroom suite and shower over the bath.
Bedroom 2: - Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, TV. Hillside view.

This luxury apartment has full gas-fired central heating and full double-glazing. There is on-site parking in the visitor’s car park, a minutes’ walk, behind the next apartment block up the hill opposite garage number 10. Although the apartment is on the first floor, access is via a footbridge and there are no steps (apart from the doorstep threshold). The apartment sleeps a maximum of four people. Sorry – no smoking and no pets.

The price includes gas, electricity, linen, towels and car park pass for summer period in Aberdovey.

Normal arrival time is after 5.00pm & departure by 10am.
