About Croftlands

Croftlands, Pembrokeshire is an attractive modern detached holiday cottage situated at the end of quiet cul de sac yet only a few minutes walk from the village centre with its large supermarket and shops. A great choice when deciding where to book your holidays in Wales. Approx one and a half miles from the beaches at Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge. Personally supervised by the owner who lives in adjoining flat.

Lounge, TV with Sky HD incl. Sports package, video, DVD and wi-fi, gas fire with back boiler for hot water. Kitchen, with breakfast bar, gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Archway to: Dining room. Bedroom 1, with double bed and cot. Bedroom 2, with 1x4' bed. Bedroom 3, with double bed and single bed. Bathroom bath with electric shower unit over. Separate WC. Constant hot water. Parking space for 2 cars. Patio and use of lawned garden. Rent inclusive of gas and electricity. Duvets, bed linen and Towels provided. Central heating available at £14 per week extra. Non-smokers only. 2pm takeover.



Location

Kilgetty (Welsh: Cilgeti) lies at the crossing of the A477 road between St. Clears and Pembroke Dock and the A478 road between Tenby and Cardigan. The village has local shopping facilities with a medium-sized supermarket, newsagents, chemists, butchers, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway.

The pub, which was previously called the Railway Inn, is now known as the White Horse. There is also a RAOB social club and a local sports club that has a cricket ground.

The neighbouring village of Begelly is well known for Folly Farm and is a short distance west of Kilgetty as are the villages of Broadmoor and East Williamston.

The beaches at Amroth and Saundersfoot are approx. a mile and a half away.

Cardiff Airport - 89.9 miles takes 1 hour 58 minutes. M4 Cardiff - 84.3 takes 1 hour 38 minutes. Nearest largest towns/city. Saundersfoot - 2.9 miles takes 8 minutes. Tenby - 5.7 miles takes 9 minutes. Popular seaside resort with a choice of 4 sandy beaches, , selection of shops, restaurants and public houses. Narberth - 5.5 miles takes 12 minutes. Pembroke - 12.2 miles takes 18 minutes. Historic Town with a selection of shops and restaurants,castle. Haverfordwest - 15.8 miles takes 27 minutes. Haverfordwest has a large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many shops, cinema and castle. Carmarthen - 21.1 miles takes 31 minutes. Carmarthen has a large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many of the other high street shops, and a multi screen cinema. Visitor Attractions: - Local leisure attractions, Manor House, Heatherton Activities Park, Folly Farm, and Oakwood are all within easy reach by car.
